HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER & WHAT IS THE FREIGHT CHARGE?

In most cases orders can be fulfilled within 3 business days. If your order is urgent & required by a certain date, please leave a comment in the 'comments box' when processing through the shopping cart. Alternatively, please contact us directly 1800 810 702 or sales@kin8189.e-retailer.co.nz


Regular Post
(Australia Post) - $14.95. Orders can take 5 - 10 metro business days from date of dispatch (not the date the order is placed)
Express Post (StarTrack) - $19.50. Orders can take 1 - 3 metro business days from date of dispatch (not the date the order is placed)
Remote areas can take longer. 

Please note: Depending on your items ordered, we may need to request items in from our retail stores, to fill your order. Weekend orders aren't actioned until the following Monday (Business day)


DOES KINGSIZE BIG & TALL SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
We only deliver to PO Boxes. We do NOT deliver to forwarding addresses. 
Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes outside of Australia, apart from these following countries:
Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Selecting 'Authority to leave'(ATL) - The parcel will be left in a safe place without needing to sign for it. Our couriers reserve the right to hold parcels if they deem the safe place unsafe. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Please provide a suitable delivery address when placing your order, Be sure to check your information on your confirmation (via email). We are unable to re-direct your order once it has been dispatched.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Please contact our team immediately. If we have not yet dispatched your parcel, it is possible to add additional items. This may slow down your order, if we need to order items in. Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add orders once they have been dispatched. 

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE IN?

Express (StarTrack) will be sent in a blue & white satchel bag.
Regular (Australia Post) will be sent in a white satchel bag. 

We try to wrap all goods in a plastic clear bag to protect items. We DO NOT gift wrap. 


IS MY PARCEL INSURED? 

No, Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide proof that we handed your parcel to the courier. 

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECIEVED MY ORDER & WHEN IS PAYMENT DEDUCTED?

Once you have placed the order online, you will receive a confirmation (via email). This email does not confirm all the items available. The initial email is automated. There will be follow up emails at various stages confirming the dispatch. In the rare instance that an item is unavailable, our team will email / call & will offer the option of selecting another item or removing the item (refund back to the original payment order has been placed) 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, Kingsize/courier will email through your tracking link & information. 
Australia Post (regular shipping) parcels can be entered into the 'MYPOST' app, with live notifications (turned on)

New Zealand orders over 2kg - cannot be tracked. 


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving it (orders placed over the weekend, are not actioned to the following Monday)
Estimated delivery times are used as a guide only & commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. 

Kingsize Big & Tall is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or breakdowns, strikes etc by 3rd parties.
 

OVERSEAS ORDERS & CUSTOMERS

International delivery times are subject to vary based on location what method of postage is chosen. 
We deliver to 170 countries around the world & offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.
