FAULTY GOODS
If you have received products that you believe to be faulty, kindly reach out to us via email at sales@kin8189.e-retailer.co.nz or contact us on 1800 810 702 AWST (8am - 4pm).
Emailing: if you are to email us, please attach some photos of the faulty item, including the garment tag label & faulty area. Once these images have been received, our team will pass the images on to our warehouse team and will be advised of the next steps that will be taken.
Calling: Our team will ask your provide images or the faulty item, and will guide you through the next steps that will be taken.
If we are uncertain about the validity of a claim, the garment maybe sent back and assessed by the manufacturer who was responsible for making the garment. We will accept the decision of the manufacturer.
Should the goods be determined to be faulty, Kingsize will cover the cost of return postage. Our team will either offer a credit or an exchange for the product.
